At X-Trend, we take pride in the quality and care behind our products. Since many of our items are made to order or carefully packaged for each customer, we do not accept returns unless there is a valid and clearly justified reason. Returns are only considered in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective

The product delivered is incorrect compared to what was ordered

If you believe your case qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing xtrend.nl@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short explanation. We will review your request and respond within 3 working days.

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back unused, in original condition and packaging, and within 7 days after approval. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, even in valid return cases, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement based on the situation. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

We do not accept returns for:

Custom-made or personalized products

Used, assembled, or altered items

Minor variations in color or texture due to screen settings or material characteristics
